Leadership in Entrepreneurship
There are 3 main variables are included in leadership:
1) Leadership involves others as subordinates or followers. An entrepreneur will be successful if him successfully led the employees who want to work with him to advance the company.
2) Leadership concerning the distribution of power. The entrepreneur has the authority to provide the majority of power to an employee or an employee appointed as a leader in certain parts. In this case an entrepreneur has to share power with other employees to act in the name of him / her. Furthermore all kinds of information as a result of the supervision and implementation of the work can be monitored by the leadership.
3) Leadership involves direct investment in order to influence subordinates. An entrepreneur is not just to say what should be done by the employees but also to the employees to behave and act to advance corporate
Leadership In Entrepreneurial Leadership is the process to directing of the behavior of others towards the achievement of certain goals. Briefing in this case means to cause another person to act in a certain way or follow a certain direction. Successful entrepreneurs are leaders who successfully led their employees well. A leader is successful if it believes in sustainable growth, increased efficiency and the sustainable success of the company. The entrepreneur has a different leadership style, they develop the leadership style in accordance with their own personal character they see themselves in advancing the company. Leadership behaviorLeader behavior concern two main areas:a. Oriented the tasks which set goals. Plan and achieve goals.b. Oriented people who motivate and nurture human relationships
There are three main variables included in the leadership

Leaders and Managers
Leading is not the same as managing. Although some entrepreneur is a leader and a leader is self-employed, to lead and manage an activity is not identical. Leadership is part of the management. Management (manage) is a broader field than lead and focused on behavioral and non-behavioral problems. Leadership, especially in the mind to the issue of behavior.
Determination In Make a Decisions The three main factors that affect the determination of the entrepreneur leadership behavior which will be used to make decisions are:1. Force in self-entrepreneurs2. Power in subordinates.3. Strength in leadership situations. Fully mastered the principles of leadership and entrepreneurial action are a demanding process and the concomitant growth of three components, namely an individual's personal development, the effectiveness of teamwork and organizational change.
Qualities of leadership
There are a number of personality traits that need to be owned by the leaders (Andy Undap, 1983)namely:1) broad general education, an educated person will have the ability to develop leadership skills.2) Mental Maturity, a leader must have the mental maturity seen in emotional stability, not easily offended, no irritability and so on.3) The nature curious, this nature encourage a leader to probing, innovative and creative.4) analytical ability. A leader must be able to analyze the symptoms of the information he received, so it can take a positive decision and is useful for the progress of his business.5) Having a good memory. An entrepreneur will be dealing with many different behavioral traits that required the ability to remember. The ability to remember will greatly assist the process of leadership.6) Integrative. An entrepreneur must have an integrated personality is not fragmented which makes him adrift. Also must have the integrative nature in the household.7) Communication skills. It is highly needed by an entrepreneur to communicate with the business environment.8) Skills educate. An entrepreneur must be able to provide guidance and educate employees in some good cases which work-related or unrelated to the job.
LEADER ALSO SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR GOAL TO ACHIEVED
Having a clear goal means have a position, has the focus, have confidence in the decision, have the ability to decide, and durability, is actually a successful achievement of quality objectives and demands whatsoever.Undeniably, this is one of the most sought after human quality of life, but many people who do not have it. Someone who does not have a goal can be likened to a ship in the middle of the ocean fog that had lost steering and the screen at once. At the moment everything is running smoothly, dilemma often appears without us knowing it, except maybe the lack of a clear understanding of the direction or movement that convincing.When the weather turns he will react to outside influences. But we still can lose our direction and steering the screen If it had remained in place. Unless if you have a clear goal in taking an action, you will be heading in the wrong direction
